Scarlet helps you decide what to wear. Use it for yourself, with your own photos, and be 18 or older. AI suggestions and try-on images are illustrations to inspire you, not promises about how something will fit or look.

By creating an account or using Scarlet you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

On iPhone, Scarlet is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; on Android, under the Google Play Terms of Service. These terms add the rules that are specific to Scarlet; where the store’s agreement covers a topic these terms do not, the store’s agreement applies.

You must be 18 or older. Scarlet asks for photos of you in underwear for the virtual try-on, so it is not for anyone under 18, and we may close an account that we believe belongs to a minor.

Your account is for you alone. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Everything you add — photos of your clothes, photos of yourself, your measurements, your saved looks — stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.

Add only photos of yourself and of your own clothes. Never add a photo of another person, and never a photo of anyone under 18.

When you ask for a scan, a styled look, a try-on or a closet makeover, you allow us and our AI providers to process what that request needs, only to produce your result. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is sent and what is kept.

Scans, outfit suggestions, closet plans and try-on images are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong: a colour can be misread, a piece can be missed, and a try-on image is an illustration, not a guarantee of fit, size, colour or fabric.

Style advice is an opinion to help you choose. It is not professional, medical or health advice, and the body details you share are used only to style you. Do not rely on a try-on image alone when you buy something.

Do not use Scarlet to make sexual, deceptive, hateful or unlawful images, or images of anyone but yourself.

Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse engineer the app or its servers, get around plan limits, use automated tools to access it, or resell it.

We may limit or close an account that breaks these rules.

Scarlet Free is free for as long as you like, with the limits shown in the app. Scarlet Premium is an optional subscription, monthly or yearly, that unlocks the AI features; the price is shown in the app before you buy and can differ by country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their terms. Premium includes a monthly allowance of AI try-ons and fair-use limits on other AI features, shown in the app; we may change allowances for future billing periods and will tell you in the app first.

Your closet, your photos and your saved looks are stored on your device, not on our servers. If you delete the app, lose your phone or reset it without a backup of your own, that content is gone and we cannot restore it.

You can stop at any time. “Delete my account” in the You tab permanently deletes your account and everything Scarlet stored on your phone. Cancel any subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings first, because deleting your account does not cancel it.

We work hard to keep Scarlet useful and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and AI features can be slow, unavailable or wrong.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including purchases made because of a suggestion or a try-on image — and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Scarlet in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be limited.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Scarlet after that means you accept the new terms.
