Prefer email? Write to us at the support link on our App Store page and tell us what happened and which phone you use. Never send us photos of yourself — we do not need them to help.

Cancel or change your plan: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Scarlet; on Android, Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Scarlet. Cancelling keeps Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.

New phone, or Premium not showing: open the You tab and tap “Restore purchases”, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

Refunds are handled by the store: on iPhone, reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → the order → Request a refund.

The scan got a piece wrong: open the piece and correct its name, category, colours or season — Scarlet uses your version from then on.

Scanning a full rail or shelf: choose “A whole rail” before you take the photo. For one item, choose “One piece per photo” so Scarlet ignores the background.

Your closet is stored on your phone, not on our servers. Deleting the app deletes it, and we cannot restore it.

For the best result use a well-lit, full-length photo of yourself, standing straight, against a plain wall. Add it under You → “My try-on photos”; it stays on your phone behind Face ID, fingerprint or face unlock.

A try-on image is an AI illustration. It shows the idea of the outfit on you; it is not an exact preview of fit or colour.

Change the app’s language: You → Language.

Forgot your password: on the sign-in screen, enter your email, tap “Forgot password?” and we email you a code.

Delete your account: You → “Delete my account”. This is permanent. Cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play first — deleting the account does not cancel it.
