Open Scarlet, go to the You tab, tap “Delete my account” and confirm. That is all — it takes effect immediately.

If you can no longer open the app, sign in on a phone where you can, or email us at the support link on our App Store page from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you within 7 days.

Your account (email address, name, sign-in details) and everything Scarlet stored on your phone: your closet photos, your try-on photos, measurements, saved looks and preferences. Deletion is permanent and we cannot restore it.

Anonymous usage statistics that are not linked to you. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own terms, as they process the payment.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
